1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
We do not ship or process orders on weekends and public holidays.
Orders placed during peak seasons or promotional periods may experience slight processing delays.
2. Shipping Time & Delivery Estimate
Shipping times are estimated and not guaranteed.
- United States: 5–10 business days
- Europe: 7–14 business days
- Other international regions: 10–20 business days
Delivery delays may occur due to logistics congestion, customs clearance, weather conditions or force majeure factors. Tsineasy is not responsible for delayed deliveries caused by third-party carriers.
3. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on your destination and order weight.
We occasionally offer free shipping promotions according to store activity rules.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number and tracking link.
You can monitor your shipment status online at any time.
5. International Customs & Duties
All international orders may be subject to import duties, taxes and clearance fees charged by your local customs office.
These fees are the buyer’s responsibility and are not included in our product price or shipping cost. Tsineasy cannot reimburse any customs fees.
6. Undeliverable & Returned Packages
If a package is returned to us due to incorrect address, customer refusal, or unsuccessful delivery, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost and re-shipping fee.
7. Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship to most countries worldwide.
We do not support shipping to PO boxes in certain regions.
